Booking Terms

Booking ProcedureTo confirm a booking, we will require the following by the lead person staying in the apartment (before check in) PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING THESE DETAILS WITH YOU TO AVOID ANY DISAPPOINTMENT:A valid debit or credit card along withphotographic ID and proof of address (Photo license is ideal)A completed booking form (Provided at check in)A signed Inventory list confirming the fixture and fittings of the apartment (Provided at Check in)If the booking duration is less than a month, then credit or debit card will be debited to the full amount of your stay before check in.If the booking duration is more than a month, then first month will be debited prior to check in and then we will invoice you at the beginning of every month, and your card will be debited.We can accept bank transfer and cash upon check in, the funds being paid by bank transfer must clear in our account before we can allow you to check in. If you wish to extend your stay, please give us plenty of notice. All extensions are subject to availability and dependent on if we have any further confirmed bookings for your desired extension dates.CancellationsPrior to your arrival date, we will accept cancellations notices up to 48 hours with no cost. If cancelled within 48 hours or no notice given, we will charge 100% of your stay originally booked. For No Show we will also charge 100% of the booking fee.Damage or Loss of Property Damage to the property or to any of the furniture, appliances, electronic goods, loss or theft of any goods or furniture described in the inventory list are chargeable. Upon signing the Inventory list will allow us to recover any damage or loss from your debit or credit card. The inventory list indicates the replacement cost for each item listed and a guide price list for property damage such as doors etc.A full inventory list will have to be signed by you upon check in. Upon Signing this inventory list, you agree to pay for the cost to either repair or replace any goods in the apartment along with any repair to the apartment itself. Upon check out, the inventory list will be checked again by the management team for any loss or damage. Any theft of our goods in the apartment will be reported to the Police.Safety DepositAphrodite Suites holds a security deposit of £100 to protect against any damage. If there is no damage this is returned at checkout. For security deposit that is taken via card can take 3-5 working days to return to your account. Smoking in ApartmentOur apartments are strictly no smoking and we will charge £100 if we find that you or any of the guests have been smoking in the apartment. This will be charged against your debit or credit card. Smoking is permitted outdoors only and it is strictly a no smoking policy inside the entire building. Occupancy of ApartmentAll our apartments will have maximum of two people.ParkingFree parking available for all our guests, you must advise of your car registrationPetsStrictly no pets of any kind allowed under any circumstancesRatesAll rates provided are per apartment, subject to change any time. The price includes the hiring of the apartment and its fixture and fittings, it includes a weekly clean, bed linen change and towel change, empty of the bins. All utility bills are included.Check in and Check OutWe are flexible on check in times – please call our reservations team in advance and we will endeavor to suite your needs. Check out is 11.00 am. If you would like to keep your apartment on after the checkout time there will be a one off charge of £20, subject to the apartment being available – please ask for details.Keys/FobsYou will be provided with a full set of apartment key card and keys to the main entrance. These will be signed for on check in, and if lost will be charged against your debit or credit card.
