Facilities and Amenities The dining room seats up to 35 and we use crisp white and cream linen, Alchemy china, Italian designed cutlery, Welsh made oak tables and contemporary leather chairs. The pale cream walls are decorated with modern, original Welsh art.
The hotel is centrally heated throughout and the oak beamed and oak floored bar, with its recessed log burning fire, provides a comfortable and congenial place to relax. There is also a contemporary residents’ lounge with a fantastic view of Snowdon.

Dining Options The restaurant is the main focus of the business, Glyn & his team promote & champion local /Welsh produce for their menu as much as is possible The dining room seats up to 35 persons. The style of service at Castle Cottage is relaxed & not too formal, we want our customers to unwind and enjoy their food & wine. To enjoy your aperitifs and canapés we have a bar with solid oak flooring and a contemporary recessed log burning fire providing a comfortable place to relax. Please pre-book a table.

Support for the Mobility Impaired Our business is situated in two of the oldest properties in Harlech; 400 year old properties by their very nature are not accessible to all. We do not have a lift to the bedrooms, however we do have two ground floor rooms in our Grade 2 Listed annex and one is suitable to persons of limited access. We do have three steps up into our main building, but we can offer assistance if necessary. Unfortunately we do not have any ground floor WC facilities (12 steps up to first floor facilities).We can also read the menu to persons with limited visibility. Public areas have automatic lighting sensors. We and our staff are willing to offer any kind of assistance that is required. Although we do not offer room service, we live on the premises, and we will always be on hand in case of emergency. We do all we can to provide all our guests with a personal and caring service, and we try to overcome any barriers that the physical limitations of the property create.Support for the Visually Impaired Public areas have automatic lighting sensors, we do not have any braille facilities, but menus, wine list etc can be read to customers
