Collection of the keys for check in is at our city centre office at 59 Fitzhamon Embankment, Cardiff. CF11 6AN. This office is open 24 / 7.

Please note that keys to the apartment are collected from us at the city centre location below. We are 5 minutes walk from the central bus and train stations. From us the apartment is 15 minutes walk. From here we will give you the keys and a map to the city with full directions and recommendations.
