Likes: The breakfast was brilliant, totally delicious.
Dislikes: We would have preferred a larger double bed but as we only stayed one night it was a problem.

We stayed one night with our two dogs. Fiona and James couldn't have made us feel more welcome or provided more comfortable accommodation. The surrounding fields offered us perfect peaceful walks and there is a very good pub serving delicious food which is well supported by both locals and visitors. The house and annexe where we stayed is all beautifully presented and immaculately clean with lots of thoughtful details which makes it an exceptional find! Just hope they have room for us next time! Likes: The Agents House is a treasure, beautifully decorated, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Ideally placed for those who like walking or historic Hay-on-Wye is closeby for literary & artisan fans.
Dislikes: Nothing could have been any better. Our congenial hosts thought of everything we could possibly need. Full English breakfast was fabulous! Cannot recommend it highly enough, hope to visit again soon!

The Agent's House aims to recycle as much as possible and encourages guests to do likewise, by providing collection facilities in the room that are emptied daily. In addition, we aim to reduce waste and our impact on the environment by stocking the rooms with breakfast ingredients chosen to order by our guests and sourced locally wherever possible. Use of cleaning chemicals is kept to a minimum through usage of eco and allergy-friendly products. Towels and bed linens are not changed daily.
