Booking Terms

General

Free use of Sauna and Aqua Spa
Bed linen, duvets, towels - tea towels, hand and bath towels (not to be taken off premises)- provided for all cottages free of charge
Free use of washing and drying facilities on site
Log Baskets/Coal included for Bonds, Furze, Shippon and Well Cottages
Charcoal for barbecues provided for all cottages
Small Video/DVD library available
Pets: Well-behaved pets by arrangement in Bonds, Furze Milk Maid (one small pet) and Wells Cottages. Pets are not to be left unattended in cottages or allowed on furniture or in bedrooms.
Children’s play paddock – swings, climbing frame, sand pit, swing ball, bats, balls etc. Children under 14 must be supervised at all times as we cannot be held responsible for them
Animals: We have a variety of animals which children may enjoy feeding. An adult must always accompany children when visiting the animals as we cannot be held responsible for them

Arrival Time:4 p.m and Departure Time:10 a.m. unless agreed otherwise

Thorough cleaning of cottages is undertaken between lettings. As the time available for this is limited we ask that accommodation is kept clean and tidy during stay and to be left in the same condition on departure as on arrival. We ask that any damages/breakage’s be notified to us prior to departure, Please remember to respect the cottage and all furnishings and fittings during your stay as you are responsible and not to do so may result in further charges.

Services - Baby Sitting by arrangement, meat, dairy products, vegetables available to order

A deposit of 25% of the total cottage rental including extra is required within 10 days of booking. The remainder of the cottage rental and extras being paid within 10 weeks of holiday commencing.

For holidays booked within 10 weeks of date the full total cottage rental is required within 7 days

Cottage Cancellation Included – Please ask for details on booking.

No Smoking Policy in Cottages

On your stay please enjoy the facilities on offer, i.e. feeding the animals, using the playground and spa/sauna. However, it is your responsibility to maintain good hygiene and safety standards. CHILDREN UNDER 14 should be supervised by parents/guardians at all times, as we accept no responsibility for accidents of any kind.

Every effort is taken to maintain services and facilities in good condition. To achieve this we ask that breakages, accidents or problems with the facilities be notified to us as soon as evident so that appropriate action can be taken.
